In this talk, I will show how a dark software factory actually works, why agentic SDLC alters handoff points, and which analytical practices lose their value first. As a CTO currently designing and implementing an agentic SDLC pipeline in my own company, I can already see responsibilities shifting dramatically. This talk explores where the old analyst role breaks down and what role will rise to replace it.
