Production-Driven Design: from MVP to sustainability

Some requirements cannot be obtained through the standard requirements elicitation process — they are born only inside the product. MVP is not an analysis failure but a conscious borrowing against the future: Requirements Debt. We deliberately do not highlight all business cases in order to validate the hypothesis faster. The problem begins when this debt is repaired symptomatically: architectural integrity is compromised, and the lack of system analysis increases over time.

We will consider why this is a normal design scenario and how to figure out with that. Production-Driven Design is not an extreme but a balance — a path to deliberate debt management. It will be useful for analysts, architects, and product managers who are already in panic due to this endless incidents stream.
