Participation Cost Information

Conference fees may be paid in Russian, Belarusian rubles, dollars, euros, zloty, hryvnia and other currencies (depending on the payment region). The price is subject to change in case of significant currency fluctuations to the US dollar. If you want to pay in other currency not mentioned above, please, contact the organisers by the following e-mail org@it-conf.ru.

1 The participation cost includes admission fee payment, food costs (drinks, coffee breaks, lunch), a folder with handouts, photo and video materials from the conference. The participation cost does not include accommodation, transfer to the hotel and the conference hall, tours.

2 10% discount is offered for groups of 4 participants, 15% discount for groups of 10 participants, as well as discounts from our info partners (check out the promotional code from the informational partner).

3 Only one speaker gets a free conference ticket. Co-speaker pays full price at a cost on the date of registration at the site. Speakers with the status "Reserved" get free conference tickets. Speakers with the status "Rejected" can participate at a cost on the date of registration at the site. Speakers with the status of "Recuse" can participate at a price according to the payment period. Travel and accommodation are paid by a speaker!

Payment by card using bePaid service (BYN)

To choose this payment method, click "Buy a ticket" button on the main page of the site and fill in the registration form. Choose the currency "Belarusian roubles" and then bePaid service. When paying, you will be transferred to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system. 

The payment page will contain the order number and the amount of payment. To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the "Pay" button.

If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, your system will be offered to go through the standard one-minute verification procedure of the cardholder on the page of your bank (the bank that issued your card).

Please note, when the payment is made, you will receive a receipt to an e-mail address that you specified. Please save your payment details.

We accept payments by credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, BelCard.

Bank card payments are made through the bePaid electronic payment system. The payment page of the bePaid system meets all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and as resistant to cracking as possible.

Receiving an order.

After payment, an e-ticket will appear in your profile. Print it out and come with it to the conference.

Features of the refund.  

A refund is made to the card from which the payment was previously made. The term of receipt of funds on the card is from 3 to 30 days from the date of the return by the Seller.

When registering the participants, indicate the requisites of your company in the "Requisites" field (specify the position of the person who will sign the Contract, indicating on the basis of what it operates: on the basis of the Charter or the Power of Attorney). 
Also, in this field, please indicate the type of payment - the corporate card, the currency of payment, e-mail of the contact person from the company side.

Payment via bank by non-cash transfer (in RUB, BYN, USD, EURO)

When registering the participants, indicate the requisites of your company in the "Requisites" field (specify the position of the person who will sign the Contract, indicating on the basis of what it operates: on the basis of the Charter or the Power of Attorney). 
Also, in this field, please indicate the type of payment - the non-cash transfer, the currency of payment, e-mail of the contact person from the company side.

Payment details

Individuals

1. The participants planning an individual visiting the Conference should read the following:
   
   • for payments in Russian roubles download
   • for payments in Belorussian roubles download
   • for payments from EU download
   • payers from other countries are guided by the public offer, depending on the country of the payee (Russia, Belarus, European Union)
2. Pay participation in any convenient way.
3. Inform about payment to e-mail org@it-conf.ru.

   Please, to avoid misunderstanding, keep the paid receipt for its presentation on registration.

4. Arrive at the conference. 

Legal persons

The procedure for applications processing: 

1. After receiving your application, the Contract, the invoice and the Act of rendered services will be sent to the Customer for endorsement.
2. The endorsement can be made in some iterations. During the endorsement, the order of transfer of the originals of documents is established: by post, using an electroniс document management system, the exchange of originals directly at the conference through the participants. 
   Preferred methods - exchanging originals using an electroniс document management system or through the participants directly at the conference.
3. The Customer pays the invoice using any of the methods mentioned above and informs about the payment to e-mail org@it-conf.ru.
4. The customer employees arrive at the conference.

Attention! If you want to exchange documents using an electronic document management system:

For Russian companies  
There is a possibility to exchange documents electronically using a digital signature through Diadoc or SBIS system. Roaming with other operators of electronic document management systems is also possible. Read more details here.

For EU companies
There is a possibility to exchange documents electronically using a digital signature (systems supporting BDOC format, for instance, DigiDoc).
