The access code and link to the streaming resource will be published in your profile on the conference website 5 days before the event. ❗️ If participation is not paid for, the access code and link will appear when payment is received. To log in to your profile on the main page of the conference website, click "Login" (top, middle) and then enter the username and password you created when you registered. Click on the "Link" field to go to the streaming site, click on the "Code" field to copy the code to the clipboard and paste it into the field on the streaming site. Before the conference starts, all the talk sections will be started, according to the programme, and you will be able to switch freely between them using the tabs. You can submit questions to the speakers using the feedback form. These questions will be seen by the speaker and our moderator. All talks are recorded. Records will be available in 1-2 weeks after the conference. Access to the recordings will appear in your profile.

There is a possibility to exchange documents electronically using a digital signature (systems supporting BDOC format, for instance, DigiDoc).
Only one speaker gets a free conference ticket. The co-speaker shall be paid based on the cost applicable at the time of submitting the talk. Speakers with the status "Reserved" get free conference tickets. Speakers with the status "Rejected" can participate at a price on the date of registration at the site. Speakers with the status of "Recuse" can participate at a price according to the period of payment. Travel and accommodation are paid by a speaker!
10% discount is offered for groups of 4 participants, 15% discount for groups of 10 participants, as well as discounts from our info partners (check out the promotional code from the informational partner). 10% discount is offered for individuals ISTQB® Certificate Holder. To get the discount, please, send us an email to org@it-conf.com and attach the scan copy of your certificate. Difference discounts are offered for legal persons ISTQB® Partners: 5% for Silver ISTQB Partners, 10% for Gold ISTQB Partners, 15% for Platinum ISTQB Partners, 20% for Global ISTQB Partners. Payment for participation in the conference can be made in Russian, Belarusian roubles, dollars, euros, and other currencies. Prices in currencies may change if the exchange rate fluctuates significantly against the RUB. The payment currency is selected when purchasing the ticket. If your currency is not listed in the price table, please contact us and we will tell you what to do.
The participation cost includes admission fee payment, food costs (drinks, coffee breaks, lunch), a folder with handouts. The participation cost does not include accommodation, transfer to the hotel and the conference hall, tours.
