Около 10 лет профессиональной деятельности в сфере ИТ, 5 из которых занимаюсь преимущественно проектами в рамках гибкой разработки, «налетав» на сегодняшний день более 10 000 часов чистой Agile-практики.

С несколькими командами реализовывал сложные инженерные проекты для государства, бизнеса и гражданского общества в Республике Молдова. Был соорганизатором сообщества Agile Moldova, а также тренером и коучем в кишинёвском филиале компании SCRUMguides. А в 2014 году по семейным обстоятельствам переехал в Беларусь и успел полтора года проработать с одной из крупнейших аутсорсинговых компаний Восточной Европы “Itransition”, налаживая взаимодействие распределённых команд из разных уголков мира.

Сейчас продолжаю заниматься проектами Agile-трансформации в рамках холдинга ABH Holdings S.A. (Альфа-Банк) и всячески продвигать Behaviour-Driven Development на пространстве стран Содружества. Довелось внедрять этот подход уже в целом ряде компаний и команд, в том числе в рамках некоммерческих волонтёрских открытых проектов.

    Agile modeling of Enterprise Arcitecture

    I talked about classic modeling enterprise architecture (EA) at the past Analyst Days 2016, showed an example of EA by using Archimate. After that I heard many comments that the classical modeling of EA is very difficult, long and models hard to support. In this talk I'll share my thoughts - how to facilitate the description of EA and implement in Agile:

    The Batman Сurse and Other Adventures of BDD Analysts

    It is easy to be a superhero when you initially have enough resources to achieve excellent results. Billionaire, gym, pompous imagery, and you are a new Gotham gangbuster, who filigree dusts villains. Well, or a successful Scrum team, delivering abundant releases every two weeks to their happy users. But most of us need to learn how to win at much more modest initial conditions. 


    At the end of last year, we set out to improve the workload distribution in the teams of our unit, and later in the teams of the entire company. But we didn't have our own team to achieve this goal. Only one to several web developers for a period of one to several weeks. 


    How could this lead to an upbeat Scrum, why each team member was determined to become an Analyst, how do we deliver a quality product without a single tester, and, finally, how does Batman come into the picture – find answers to these questions in the April Petersburg.

    #NoBA: Stop Requiring, Start Collaborating

    Traditional business analysis become less and less suitable for advanced projects of our time. It is too slow for continuous iterative development and imposes too much responsibility on individuals, making them bottlenecks of the process and significantly reducing the quality of proposed solutions. 


    The Sun of the Agile software development, including corresponding analytical activities, rises higher and higher. But, unfortunately, the spread of these approaches in the industry accompanied by mass profanity. This profanity is caused by a lack of understanding the foundations of collective responsibility and collective decision-making. 


    Over the past year I have developed a model that can serve as an instrument of mass education in new analysis technologies and wherein benefit society through the valuable open source projects. And I want to share the preliminary results of a such project with the CIS IT analysts and to call them for cooperation.
