Almost every analyst conducted UAT at least once. Such kinds of events are very stressful, even if it's a formal procedure.
How should you behave if, during the UAT, your stand with all prepared information respond to you with a 500 error code and does not work? How should you react to it? Stop and move the UAT to other dates? But there are about 30 important stakeholders who won't be able to meet another day easy. Continue? Move to another stand without test data?
My talk will focus on the formal and informal preparations for the UAT process, as well as how to deal with the unexpected situation at the UAT itself.
