We have all been in a situation when questions were spinning in our heads at a meeting. What is he talking about? What's going on anyway? Why doesn't he understand what I want to convey?!
There were not enough skills that would help to come to a common consensus. This ability is called empathy and is part of emotional intelligence. For an analyst, the presence of these skills allows you to form comfortable communication in a team, hold meetings effectively, understand user behavior, resolve conflict situations.
