Developing of analysts - keep kalm and store knowledge

In my last talk ("Map of Competence Centre Development"), I talked about how an analyst can organise a comfortable working environment and start building a competence centre. In this talk, I want to elaborate on two aspects of competence centre development that should be taken into account from the moment there are more than two analysts in an organisation. We'll discuss what artefacts analysts should follow within their work, how to convey information better, and what artefacts will help you, when managing analysts, to maintain at least a little bit of work-life balance.
