What usually happens after you’ve created a specification? It’s being reviewed by your team (developers and QAs), your customer, and other stakeholders, and, usually, it comes back to you with questions and additional requests. Every such change results in a new review and approval cycle. Later, you keep receiving questions during the development and testing phases.
In my talk, I’d like to share my recipes on how to minimize the number of review cycles, ensure that you haven’t missed anything, and make your specification detailed but keep it easy to read.
