Suppose you are new in system analysis, for example, in a junior position. However, you already have an idea of what the job is about and plan to develop in this area. You also have some general IT knowledge, googling skills and/or a competent mentor.
After a while, you get used to the original project. But systems analysis, as it turns out, is an exciting thing. Therefore, you start looking for something else to "get into" to gain more varied experience. The company goes towards and gives you a couple more projects in exchange for a promise that quality and deadlines won't suffer.
