Lets's measure the processes' temperature (processes leading to burnout)

For analysts, the problem of burnout is especially important - you always need to be able to operate continuously with multiple information flows. A lot has already been said about this, but from the point of view of an employee: prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

I also studied this... but despite this, I burned out. Therefore, I have researched many IT companies and propose looking at the problem from a different angle. 

We will talk about process errors at all stages of an employee’s entry into the company: from the moment when he studies the job description to the moment of employment and integration into the work environment. 

We will analyze real examples from practice and their solutions.
