Feature analysis: there is only a way

In this talk I will tell the story of how our team's analytics process has changed, from the absence of analytics specialists to creating a dedicated role within the team.

We will explore how and at what stages these professionals apply their professional skills to improve the quality of the final product. 

Some of these methods are already widely known and used in many companies; some, however, are forgotten and underutilized.
