How we teach our business to make delicious dashboards

When it comes to BI reporting, we usually assume two options: 

1. Hire a few (sometimes quite a lot) employees who will create dashboards but may not fully understand the specifics and pains of the business.
2. Provide our business with a specialized tool and the opportunities to create reports for different tasks on their own. 

Once we chose the second option, we faced the problem of training business colleagues how to make beautiful and valuable dashboards and how to do it quickly and with minimum assistance from technical specialists. 

In my presentation, I will talk about how we set up the BI-reports review process and which review types we use for different tasks.
