Time For A Change
New trends, artificial intelligence and other tools complicate the choice of career tracks and recruitment. On the other hand, they seriously expand the opportunities for horizontal growth and the candidate funnel.
Hiring analysts, their individual growth and team development in the current market conditions is complex, and not everyone succeeds.
As part of the plenary discussion, I would like to talk on the following topics:
- Will AI replace analysts and designers? How effective is it now to "bail" on competencies from BABOK and concentrate on setting tasks in ChatGPT?
- How are the requests of project/product teams and centres of excellence changing? How do companies approach the "death" of a separate competence of business, systems analysts, designers, architects, etc.?
