Workshop: Penny game

1h 30 min
We believe that games are an important part of learning. They encourage collaboration, provide a safe space for making mistakes, and skill development through observation leads to improved problem-solving in everyday tasks.
At the workshop, we will be playing the business game "Penny Game". The game will help participants identify areas for self-organization and demonstrate how a team is less productive when handling large workloads. It will also teach the team to understand the difference between delivery speed and the speed at which the customer receives results per iteration.
Target audience: beginners and experienced professionals.
The workshop will provide an opportunity to:
- Discover how decomposition can solve the "bottleneck" problem.
- Understand how the delivery speed of value changes depending on task size and find new ideas and arguments for process improvement within the team.
