Do we need AI in a corporate chatbot?
In this presentation, I will share our journey in search of suitable solutions while developing a corporate chatbot. Specifically, I will compare different approaches to implementing the recognition system and scenario engine. Conversational bots in commerce and reality, challenges that arise during the training of semantic models and the implementation of custom scenarios will also be discussed. From this presentation, you will learn why ChatGPT may not meet all employee requests.
