Activity-Based Costing: How to Calculate and Where to Apply

In today's business landscape, business analysts need to be proficient not only in designing processes and documenting requirements but also in understanding how to measure the value of new functionality. To assess the impact of implementation, we can employ a tool for calculating the cost of a process, which can also serve as a method for identifying inefficient process segments.

In my presentation, I will share my experience in calculating the cost of a process and each of its instances using the Functional Cost Analysis methodology with the assistance of Process Mining technology.
