The triad of technological development - continuous development and increasing work efficiency

  • 40 min

I’ll tell you how to use three seemingly independent methods in a comprehensive manner:

1) technology progress,

2) increasing the competencies of specialists,

3) knowledge management

not only increased the efficiency of project work, but also stimulated the development of analysts and motivated the creation of a knowledge management system useful to everyone. All this relieved tension and conflict of interests within the team, reduced personnel shortages and ensured interchangeability when performing complex work.

I will share problems, typical errors and ways to eliminate them.

The talk is based on real cases of our work on projects. Our techniques overlap (but are not duplicated, there are differences) with the principles of continuous development of competencies and the introduction of new practices from David Peterson and Mary Hicks.
