Data model: create together with the team

  • Easy
  • 40 min

Before you create a data model, you need to understand what to model and why. Depending on the context, models can be different: conceptual, logical, physical. How to understand what kind of model to take on? What kind of model is needed now and who will do it? And this is only the first part of the questions.

A more complicated question is how not to get confused, save time for yourself and your team, and not to do unnecessary work.

We'll talk about this in my talk, and at the same time we'll look at an example of developing different data models for a fictitious system and find where the pitfalls may be.
