Make my product great again. How to create ideas, upgrade product and make it better

My colleague and I have been working on a product for online exam monitoring. Over the past 5 years in the market, we have accumulated a significant amount of experience and realized the need for implementing changes, but in a way that would bring benefit rather than harm.

We faced the following challenges:

• How to structure the accumulated knowledge.

• How to gather maximum information from everyone who can be helpful in sharing user experience (sales, support, operations department, developers themselves).

• How to redesign the product using this knowledge, while retaining the working parts of the system.

• We used an unconventional mastermind format for generating hypotheses.

• At what stage to conduct CusDev (and whether it is necessary) and build CJM.

• How to incorporate all the trendy and useful tools into one process.    

In our presentation aimed at those who already have a product in the market but want to rethink it partially or completely. We will show an example of how this worked for us.
