Didn't Buy the Bank - Implemented the Digital Card Ourselves

  • 40 min

A new large cross-project begins, 3-5-10 different development teams are involved in it, it probably contains some new domain or several, and, of course, external and internal integrations. Within a week or two, it is usually the analysts who first start feeling all the “sore spots” of such a project, and there's so much more ahead!

I want to share with you examples of new practices, documents, and processes that were born and proved their effectiveness among the analysts of our company during the implementation of such a project — the realization of a digital card in a mobile application. I'll also discuss what didn't take off and why.

This will be useful both from the perspective of a line analyst (we’ll discuss what to expect in cross-projects), and a “feature-lead” analyst (how to organise everything competently and efficiently). It will also be of interest to those close to fintech.
