Our experience of implementing requirements tracing practices in a product team

The presentation will cover the experience of implementing requirements traceability practice into the workflow of the product team. Confluence with the Requirements Yogi plugin was selected as the tool for requirements management. The presentation will delve into the prerequisites for implementing this practice, the key steps taken, and the nuances of refining the traceability methodology. Additionally, it will discuss the challenges the team faced during the implementation process and the strategies employed to overcome them. 

The presentation will draw conclusions about the results of the pilot project on implementation, and will offer recommendations for using requirements traceability in other projects and teams.
