Methodology for redesigning applications with User Story Map and HADI cycle in the Agile approach

  • 20 min

The talk is intended for full-stack analysts, business analysts, system analysts, product owners and is dedicated to the methodology of successful redesign.

It is based on the experience of applying the redesign methodology in many cases, including both for an enterprise software product (ERP) and for a mobile application.

The material will help you successfully redesign applications when errors accumulate, become obsolete due to a change in the stack or subject area, or, if necessary, develop the application.

A new perspective is presented on the use of iterative agile development tools such as the User Story Map and the HADI loop to successfully redesign a selected application.
The inventory of domain information using the HADI cycle, building a hierarchy of results and prioritizing tasks using the User Story Map are discussed step by step.
At the heart of successful redesign is returning to domain information to highlight microservice or subsystem contexts.
