It looked good on paper... Prerequisites for successful implementation

For any system being developed or upgraded, the implementation period comes eventually. And even if the system is in operation but being updated, the implementation of a new version sometimes requires significant efforts and certain activities. What to do to avoid any unfulfilled work, unaccounted conditions, problems arising both from our team and from interacting parties, users or related teams during implementation? Can an analyst reduce the risks of such situations? Let's discuss how to prepare for implementation and successfully carry it out. Not all actions can and should be performed by an analyst, but knowing them and understanding the specific necessary actions will reduce the risks of critical implementation obstacles.

The talk is based on personal experience and real cases of large projects, where the speaker worked as an analyst, manager, project manager.  Provisions of systems engineering standards for the IT systems and software lifecycle have also been considered.
