Today, many companies face the challenges in recruiting, especially during periods of rapid business expansion or seasonal peaks in demand in staffing demand. This process can be particularly difficult due to the need to fill a large number of vacancies within a short time while keeping a high quality of hiring. Automation and the use of artificial intelligence technologies can significantly speed up the candidate selection process.

Our team has developed a new approach to this task. By applying our experience in establishing lead generation processes for sales, we’ve managed to optimise the “cold search” for candidates in mass recruitment. The results of this experiment demonstrated that scaling existing approaches within the company to other processes, as well as using AI technologies in recruiting, can lead to remarkably positive outcomes.
