In the current external environment, more and more companies are focusing on a strategy of cost optimisation, which often leads to greater automation and digitalisation of their operations. As a result, the demand for business and systems analysts is growing — with one of their key responsibilities being the identification of real business problems and opportunities.
In this talk, I will discuss the most widely used methodologies aimed at systemic improvement — the ones I have personally tested in my professional work and found to be complementary to one another. I will also demonstrate how these methodologies are interconnected and highlight their common features. This talk is designed to help refresh and structure knowledge about improvement methodologies through practical examples.
It will be of interest to business and systems analysts involved in process analysis and the search for improvement opportunities.
