Mentorship for the Mentor

Mentorship is a popular topic in the development of IT professionals.

Almost every company has such a process in a less or more formalised form. 

Most often, the main focus is on the mentee: how they learn, what and how best to explain new information to them, etc. 

But how does the mentor feel during this process? To answer that, it’s best to reflect on your own experience.

In this talk, I’ll share some of the challenges we’ve identified in the mentor’s work, and how we’ve been working to address and reduce them.
