Love and Metrics: A Product Approach to Working with Documentation

We’re used to seeing documentation as an artefact produced during product development. I suggest looking at documentation from a different angle: as a standalone product whose effectiveness can also be measured.

In this talk, I’ll explain how such metrics can be created, whether they’re always applicable, and what to do when measurement expectations don’t align with reality.
