How we improved business analysis quality in-house (Customer experience)

Any company not specializing in the single product development may face a problem that quality of business-, functional and non-functional requirements collection is not-good-enough while business analysts involved are very well-qualified. It’s obvious even the best business analyst can’t have an excellent expertise in all areas of production company where IT solutions created (for example: health & safety, oil production, drilling, construction, finances, HR). In this presentation I’ll describe the solution we found in our company. We involve external business analysts for our IT projects but the model can be adjusted for product and outsourcing work model.
