Risk Management in Business Analaysis

Key risks that IT projects face are directly related to business analysis. How should a BA handle the risks? What tools are available to do that? How does classic project management theory suggest working with risks and how can it be adapted for Scrum? The goal of my talk is to answer these questions, provide fundamentals of what a risk is and give you the essential tooling for risk handling.
