Game Rules Change: What to Do When You are Far from the Start of the Project

In our talk, we will discuss what makes project requirements and constraints change, what these changes may result in, and how public sector projects in Kazakhstan differ from those in other countries.

With real-life cases on hand, we’ll see which problems appear to be country-specific and which ones are quite common regardless of either territory or domain. Finally, we identify lessons to learn from our experience and to use in your forthcoming projects in public sector, among others, in Russia.
