I'd like to be a manager, let me teach

During my 11 years in the IT field, I have passed the way from the developer to the manager, keeping my interests focus on business and system analysis. In recent years, I also actively participated in various managerial activities: from project management to, but not limited to, the manager of the testing and systems analysis department.

In the talk, I want to tell you what the essence of the work of such a department head is: what it does, how and why, based on his experience. Junior analysts can use this information to better understand their boss. More experienced analysts can get information about a possible future branch of their career. And leading analysts and managers can find out how as I, as their colleague, perform my daily tasks.
