Software product roadmap management is one of the most challenging tasks for a business analyst, who works on a long-lasting project. The necessity to define the product vision, business goals and releases, success metrics, ideas and initiatives from stakeholders for pre-estimation, prioritization and adding to roadmap makes business analyst's life hard. The workshop helps participants to learn how to create a roadmap, keep it up-to-date, implement, ensure the visibility for product owners, maintain the traceability of the roadmap, requirements and development tasks. The workshop is a role play, in which the participants get practical skills of creating the roadmap artifacts based on the proposed templates and get practical recommendations for using popular roadmap management tools (AHA, RoadMunk) and their connection to the requirements management (Confluence) and task-tracking systems (Jira, TFS).
