Lamoda is one of the leader's company in part of E-commerce development. There are a lot of IT systems and integrations between them, a large number of teams which develop in parallel. All this has at some point led to the fact that the number of incidents in systems has exceeded the menacing figure. To avoid this, we decided to inject new project which was called MARSH with critical priority, and it has allowed us: to reduce the number of incidents twice to increase the efficiency of the solution of problems of support and interaction of teams. Today I would like to share our experience with you:
• Experience of decreasing of incidents which arise because of root problems and also, because of recurrence users mistakes.
• Experience of creation efficient incident management system through all IT landscape
• Experience of establishing effective communications between different IT teams. Presentation will be useful for heads of IT support divisions
