How to communicate with the customers and get them right( during requirements elicitation)
Let's say you have an international project and you do not know how to communicate and interact with your customers, or you would like to improve your collaboration with them.
Undoubtedly, sometimes it is difficult to understand customer requirements especially when you talk to them in a foreign language.
In my presentation, I would like to tell about the core requirements elicitation technics for international projects, such as methods of acquisition and understanding customer needs, asking questions correctly during an interview, and how to interpret and document these requirements. On top of that, the significant part of my presentation will be dedicated to the importance of taking not only linguistic but cultural differences into account during communication.
