BA in product and outsourcing development

When you’re getting from outsourcing to product development, it seems like everything will remain the same, but it wouldn’t. The BA daily routine changes dramatically. Now your target is not a satisfied customer, but end-users who will interact with you product day-by-day and who should like it. Now you have to communicate with many people: technical support, delivery and sales departments. The amount of incoming information will also increase. Clients will have different business processes and needs. Changes will happen each day. I’d like to share my experience and lessons I learned while working on the product for Educational System of Belarus. I hope, it will help those who plan to change outsourcing for product development, to get into the flow and know what and how to do.
