How to deal with scope creep using concept statement

The purpose of the talk is to share experiences and tell you how we struggled with the situation of the infinite growth of the project’s boundaries, which often led to a breakdown of time and budget overruns. I will tell you how we managed to avoid the constant emergence of new functionality and new processes that have no relation to the goals of the system, by creating a solution concept at the start of the project. It will tell about what the concept should be able to solve this problem, and with what tools it can be created, as well as about our bitter experience that brought us to such a life.
