In the world of the state order, we often meet tying situation. Smart (without any quotes) books, course and conference spokespersons show us cool functional suites for theories verification, quick startup, design thinking. However, how often can we at least prioritise the backlog according to the needs of the product, instead of the needs of the customer?
My talk will answer the question “How can we stop feeling sorry for ourselves, find the strength to do a good job, become more flexible, learn to modify and start applying world practices in real life. It is also about saying "NO" in the way to be heard and understood to "STOP DESTROYING YOUR PRODUCT".
