Probation period: how to check that person is suitable for your company

When our company started growing fast we faced a regular situation when several newcomer analysts were on a probation period. At some point, we realized that we needed to make the process of studying and assessment less work-intensive and create universal assessment criteria that we could use when we make a decision regarding our newcomer at the end of the probation period.

In my talk, I'll tell how we organized the probation process in our company so that any employee could execute it.
