Mind the product and shape the customer experience

In the Digital Transformation era 'The Business' won’t need people to talk to IT for them.  The Business will require people who help them to improve their products and their value streams.  Technology will be one of the key tools you use to do that, but product management and customer experience will be one of the key competences in the Business Analyst role in the future.
