The goal of this lecture is to show how to use in synergy the key business analysis tools and techniques to define the essence of your idea, learn as much as possible about it, its interactions with the environment.
Once the analysis is completed, for selling a skill-full presentation of the idea is required.
The presentation is based on the hands-on experience of the lecturer in analysing and pitching her ideas to a board-meeting committee of a multinational company.
