Is there a magic pill that will save you from burnout, and help to improve competencies? The drug tolerance is different for everyone, but I found the pill, and it is called side-activities. I will tell you what it is, why you need to deal with them and will touch upon the risks that you may face.
My talk is for those who have begun to notice the first symptoms of burnout and feel "slightly depressed", but still had not lost the hope to save the situation.
