Applying Web Analytics for UX Improvement

Web analytics tools provide an opportunity to understand the behaviour of users in your service. 

We use it to improve UX inside Internet banking and mobile applications. We build metrics, prioritize backlog, test hypotheses. 

The talk will be useful to everyone who creates, changes and makes decisions about changes in a product interface. Bank, e-commerce or a game does not matter. Everything has interfaces. 

With this talk, I want to convey the importance of using web analytics in Internet projects and the impact of conclusions on product changes.
