Analyst and designer. Is there a difference

In the talk, I will give an answer to the eternal question of analysts to designers: "Why can't I just draw it?" 

I will tell you why analysts can't think with buttons and fields, and about the principle of "5% back and forth". 

1. What the designer should analyze before solving the problem. 

2. What  "data design" is and who should do it. 

3. An analyst looks like as a designer, but only an analyst.
