The data-driven approach is fundamentally changing the IT sphere and has a strong impact on the analyst's work, shaping new requirements for this role. At the same time, business analysis and systems analysis has proven techniques that allow you to manage and structure information. One of these techniques is the modelling of conceptual and logical information models, as well as the traces between them.
The talk highlights the key issues in the application of this technique:
- to synchronize business customers and form a single semantic field (including a glossary);
- to formalize interaction with system architects;
- to form the structure of the knowledge base and the distribution of areas of responsibility.
The talk also contains a description of the practical application of the described technique and the results achieved.
