Psychological and valuable aspects of analysts’ training

I teach business analysis in IT at training centres in Russia and Kazakhstan. In the last year, around 250 analysts have attended my lectures. As a teacher, I like constructive learning when the student is interested, and it is necessary for him/her. Everyone wants to learn new things, develop and study in various courses. And this very statistic suggests that: Not everyone who was sent for training from the company wants and needs to. And if so, what will the company have on the way out? Let's look at these issues together.
