How to write a good documentation along the code and not go crazy

Documentation alongside the code is no big deal. There's a place for an analyst in the repository! With PlantUML, instead of wasting time aligning arrows and squares, you can create cool process diagrams. I am going to share how we started creating and storing process diagrams next to the code together with the developers. I'm going to show you how it looks like at our place. We are going to discuss the pros and cons of this approach, the possibilities it gives us, and together we'll create a couple of schemes with PlantUML.
