Are you familiar with a situation where you have to put extra effort into interacting with fellow analysts within your organisation and find it hard to share knowledge? Are your career prospects unclear? Or maybe even your colleagues don't understand what your job responsibilities are? 
It would be best if you had a competence centre to deal with such issues. 
We will talk about how to create it without management support and the huge amount of experience you might have at the start. We will consider a map of competence centre creation and review the early stages of competence centre development in detail. These stages are applicable to any organisation and will make the analysts' work much more comfortable and can become a good springboard for their career. 
As a bonus, we will consider using such a map to analyse the status of an existing large competence centre.
