The "no analyst" project. What communication mistakes lead to

What is a project "without an analyst"? How to "play" in a team and build proper communication with colleagues and customers? What qualities are important to a novice analyst?

In this talk we will consider situations where an analyst has failed to establish communication with a team or a customer, and the consequences of these mistakes. We will talk about soft skills which help the analyst take control over communication and establish contact with project stakeholders. We will also talk about the tools which will improve these skills.
