Burnout, as a separate type of neurosis, is now increasingly common among workers in a wide range of fields. 

Analysts are no exception.

However, only we, unlike other professionals, have a distinct advantage. We can analyse what is going on around us. So, why we don't work on ourselves and with other people to work through the issue of burnout.
